দিদি তখন বলল , " তাহলে তুমি যে আমাদেরকে বলেছ , কাচিন প্রদেশের চোরাই রুবি পাথর বিক্রি করে আমরা বলিউডে প্রযোজনা করতে পারবো। তাহলে কি এগুলোও মিথ্যা ? "

রাতুল : - এক সময় কাচিনের চোরাই রুবি মুম্বাইয়ে পাচার হতো। কিন্তু উসামা বিন লাদেনের সঙ্গে মিলে ষড়যন্ত্র করে দাউদ ইব্রাহিম মুম্বাইয়ে সিরিজ বোমা হামলা করে। তাই দাউদের নামে এফবিআই (FBI) পরোয়ানা জারি করে। ফলে সে পাকিস্তানে পালিয়ে যায় আর এই সুযোগে বালকৃষ্ণ ঠাকারে নিজের শিবসেনা পার্টির দ্বারা মুম্বাইয়ের আন্ডারওয়ার্ল্ডের নিয়ন্ত্রণ নিয়ে নেন। ফলে অরুণাচলে আর আসামে মায়ানমারের চোরাকারবারীরা রুবি পাথর পাচার বন্ধ করে দেয়। আবার হংকং , ম্যাকাও আর সাংহাই এর মাফিয়া ডনেরাও কাচিনের রুবির প্রতি আকৃষ্ট হয়। তাই মায়ানমারের চোরাকারবারীরা ভারতের পরিবর্তে চীনের মাফিয়া ডনদের রুবি দিতে থাকে। পরে থাইল্যান্ড , ইন্দোনেশিয়া আর মালয়েশিয়ার মাফিয়া ডনেরাও মায়ানমারের রুবি পাথর আমদানি শুরু করে। ওরাই আবার সেগুলো বিক্রি করে মধ্যপ্রাচ্য , ইউরোপ আর আমেরিকার মাফিয়া ডনদের কাছে। তাই দিদি , কাচিনের রুবি পাথরের কথা বলে আপনাদেরকে আমি কিডনাপের নাটক করে নিরাপদ স্হানে নিয়ে এসেছি।

দিদি : - সিবিআইয়ের একজন অফিসার হয়েও নিজের দেশের নাগরিকদেরকে কিডনাপ করতে তোমার দ্বিধা হলো না ?

রাতুল : - আমাদের দেশ আর তৎপরতার জন্য নিজের দেশের নাগরিকদেরকে খুন করতেও আমরা দ্বিধা করি না।

আমি মনে মনে চিন্তা করলাম , যে সিবিআইয়ের লোকেরা নিজেদের স্বার্থে নিজের দেশের নাগরিকদেরকে খুন করতে দ্বিধা করে না - অন্য দেশের নাগরিকদেরকে না জানি কী করে ?

দিদি : - তাহলে আমাদেরকে ছেড়ে দাও , আমরা আমাদের নতুন ছবির জন্য একটিং স্পট (অভিনয় করার স্হান) নির্ধারণ করি।

রাতুল : - আপনারা একটিং স্পটের জন্য আসেননি। বরং এসেছেন আসামের বিচ্ছিন্নতাবাদীদেরকে কাজে লাগিয়ে আসামে আপনাদের রাজনৈতিক ফায়দা হাসিল করার জন্য।

দিদি : - সেটা তুমি জানলে কী করে ?

রাতুল : - কলকাতার লাল বাজারের গোয়েন্দা অফিসাররা আমাকে আপনারা আসার আগেই বলে দিয়েছে যে , আপনারা আসামের বিচ্ছিন্নতাবাদীদের সঙ্গে মিটিং করার জন্য আসছেন। তাই আপনাদের জন্য আমি আসাম এয়ারপোর্টে গাড়ির ড্রাইভার সেজে অপেক্ষাতে ছিলাম। আর আপনারাও আমাকেই আপনাদের ড্রাইভার হিসেবে ভাড়া করলেন। গতকাল আমার মডিফাই করা কেডিলাক গাড়ি আর অস্ত্র দেখে আপনাদের সহযোগী মনে করলেন। আর আমি সিবিআইয়ের চিফ ডিরেক্টার বলেই বিএসএফ গাড়ি চেক না করেই পাস দিয়ে দিয়েছে। 

আমি বললাম , " দিদি , তাহলে এই গাড়ি , অস্ত্র - এগুলো কি আপনাদের না ? "

দিদি : - না। রাতুল আমাকে ওর গাড়ি আর অস্ত্রের ব্যাপারে যেগুলো বলেছে , আমি সেটাই বলেছি।

আমি : - তাহলে অনিল কে ?

রাতুল : - অনিল হচ্ছে আমার আওতাধীন ত্রিপুরার সিবিআইয়ের ডিরেক্টার , আর ওর অধীনে ত্রিপুরাতে সিবিআইয়ের অনেক এজেন্ট সক্রিয় আছে। 

আমি : - অনিল সিবিআইয়ের একজন ডিরেক্টার হয়েও বলে , বাংলাদেশকে ভারতের সঙ্গে যুক্ত করলে সাগরে সোজা গিয়ে স্নান করতে পারতো। এটা আবার কেমন পলিসি ?

রাতুল : - আমরা ইচ্ছা করেই এমনটা প্রচার করি। বিশেষ করে বাংলাদেশ থেকে আসা ছাগল - পাগলদের মনে এই ধরণের অনেক ভুল ধারণা ঢুকিয়ে দিই।

আমি : - আপনি ছাগল - পাগল বলতে কোন লোকদেরকে বুঝাতে চাচ্ছেন ?

রাতুল : - বাংলাদেশের কিছু লোক আছে যারা হিন্দু হয়েও ভারতের বিভিন্ন মাজারে ঘুরে বেড়ায় - এরা ছাগল। আর বাংলাদেশ থেকে কিছু মুসলমান আসে , যারা ভারতের বিভিন্ন মন্দিরে গিয়ে নাচানাচি আর আবোল - তাবোল করে , এরা পাগল। এদেরকেই সিবিআই আর র (RAW) - এর এজেন্টরা তোষামুদি করে বুঝায় যে , ভারতের সঙ্গে বাংলাদেশের সংযুক্তি হলে খুবই ভালো হতো। আর ঐ ছাগল - পাগলেরা বাংলাদেশে গিয়ে ভারতের গুণ - গান করে বেড়ায়। কিন্তু ভারতের সঙ্গে বাংলাদেশের সংযুক্তি এতো সহজ না। 1971 সালের যুদ্ধে জেনারেল ওরোরা বাংলাদেশের হয়ে যুদ্ধ করেছিলেন দখল করা জন্যই। কিন্তু সেটা করলে মাও সে তুঙ দখল করে নিতেন অরুণাচল থেকে বঙ্গোপসাগর পর্যন্ত। তাই শেষে বাধ্য হয়েই জেনারেল ওরোরা পাকিস্তানিদের পরাজিত করে ভারতে ফিরে গিয়েছিলেন (ব্যাখ্যা ✒ https://parg.co/bfxZ) । এবং বর্তমানে ভারত চাইলেই বাংলাদেশকে সংযুক্ত করতে পারবে না। কেননা , ওয়াশিংটন আর বেইজিং এতো সহজে এটা মেনে নিবে না। তাই বাধ্য হয়েই ভারতকে সাবধান হতেই হবে।

দিদি : - কিন্তু জিন্নাহ আর গান্ধীর উচিৎ ছিলো ধর্মের ভিত্তিতে দেশ ভাগ না করার।

রাতুল : - সেটাও ছিলো তিনিদের একটা কৌশল। ধর্মের ভিত্তিতে ভাগ না করলে , আঞ্চলিকতার ভিত্তিতে হলে অনেক দেশ গঠন করতে হতো। আর হিটলার যদি দ্বিতীয় বিশ্বযুদ্ধের দ্বারা ব্রিটিশ সাম্রাজ্যের ক্ষতি না করতো আর তখনের জাপানি জেনারেল ইয়ামাশিটা মায়ানমার পর্যন্ত দখল না করতো , তাহলে হয়তো এখনও ভারত স্বাধীন হতো না। আবার এশিয়া ও ইউরোপের অনেক দেশ দখল করে জোসেফ স্ট্যালিন গঠন করেছিলেন সোভিয়েত ইউনিয়ন। এভাবেই বৃটিশ সাম্রাজ্য চরম দূর্বল হওয়ার কারণে ভারতকে স্বাধীনতা দিতে বাধ্য হয়। 

আসামের চরমপন্থীরাই তো কয়েকটা গ্রুপে বিভক্ত। একটা গ্রুপে চায় , শুধু আসামের জনগোষ্ঠী নিয়ে নতুন দেশ গঠন করতে আর বাংলাদেশ থেকে আগত হিন্দু ও মুসলমানদেরকে বাংলাদেশে ফিরিয়ে দিতে। কিন্তু আরেক গ্রুপে চায় বাংলাদেশটাকেই আসামের সঙ্গে যুক্ত করতে। এদের কারণেই আমাকে দশ বছর বাংলাদেশে শ্রমিকের কাজ করতে হয়েছে।

দিদি : - সেটা আবার কেমন ?

রাতুল : - আমার জন্ম ত্রিপুরার এক গ্রামে - কিন্তু আমার পিতামহ বাংলাদেশের ময়মনসিংহ থেকে ত্রিপুরাতে স্হায়ী হয়েছিলেন। আমি ভর্তি হয়েছিলাম আসাম ইউনিভার্সিটিতে। অনার্স - মাস্টার্স পাশ করার পরে সিবিআইয়ের জুনিয়র অফিসার হিসেবে কাজ শুরু করি। এক সময় আসামের চরমপন্থীরা খুনাখুনি - রাহাজানি বেশি বেশি শুরু করে। তাই আমরা চরমপন্থীদেরকে গ্রেফতার শুরু করি। কিন্তু কিছু লিডার বাংলাদেশে পালিয়ে যায়। তাই ওদেরকে ধরার জন্য আমাকে কেন্দ্রীয় সিবিআই (CENTRAL CBI) থেকে বলা হয় , আমার বিশ্বস্ত কিছু এজেন্টকে নিয়ে যেন বাংলাদেশে গিয়ে ওদেরকে গ্রেফতার করি। কিন্তু বলা হয় , আমরা যেন ভারতীয় দূতাবাসের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ না করি। এমনকি , নিজেদের খরচ নিজেরাই যেন বহন করি। আমাদেরকে আরও বলা হয় , চরমপন্থীরা যদি নিজেদের খরচ মিটিয়ে অপকর্ম করতে পারে , তাহলে আমরা কেন নিজেদের খরচ মিটিয়ে দেশের জন্য কাজ করতে পারবো না ? শুরুতে মনে করেছিলাম , সিক্রেট সার্ভিসের লোকদের আলিশান , রাজকীয় আর বিলাসী জীবন। কিন্তু যোগ দেয়ার পরে বুঝলাম আসল বিষয়। শুধু গল্প - উপন্যাস আর নাটক - সিনেমাতেই দেখানো হয় সিক্রেট এজেন্টদের রাজকীয় জীবন। বাস্তবে কিন্তু তেমনটা না। তাই বাধ্য হয়েই বাংলাদেশে পালিয়ে যাওয়া চরমপন্থীদের গ্রেফতার করার জন্য কদম আলী ছদ্মনামে বাংলাদেশে রওয়ানা হলাম। আমার সঙ্গে সম্বল মাত্র বিশ হাজার রুপি , একটা সেটেলাইট ফোন , একটা 10 MM বেরেটা মেশিন পিস্তল আর এক শ বুলেট। আর অন্যরা যে যার মতো বিভিন্ন বর্ডার দিয়ে বাংলাদেশে প্রবেশ করার প্রস্তুতি নেয়। (চলবে ......) © All Rights Reserved
