"On the morning of the first of April, Mr. Boltu was a fool."
Mr. Boltu is an ordinary man. However, he is well known in his own society. Because even though he is an ordinary person, he is very influential in the society by his family and relatives.
So on the morning of the first of April, Mr. Boltu received a phone call. He received the call. After receiving the message from the other end, "I am the Prime Minister of the country. Are you Mr. Boltu?"
Then Mr. Boltu's condition became different. Because the Prime Minister has called him. He said, "Yes, I'm boltu."
The man who introduced the PM then said, "Look, we have done a lot of research on you. After a lot of research by our intelligence, we found out that you deserve to be the finance minister. So I have appointed you as finance minister today. You will come to the capital tomorrow and take charge of the finance minister in my office." After saying this, the phone was cut off from the other side.
Who sees Mr. Boltu's condition after hearing this message ? Then he told the people around that, he has become the finance minister of the country. He has to go to the capital tomorrow.
After saying this, the news slowly spread around. Many people from his society came and asked him, "Sir, you have become a minister. Now look at us. Now look at our opportunities." Then Mr. Boltu said with great pride, "I am happy with you. I am doing very well with you."
Upon hearing this, Mr. Boltu's other associates began to applaud. Then the news reached the police station at noon.
After hearing this, the people of the police station are in a state of panic. Because a person from their area has become the finance minister of the country. This is not a normal thing. Now they are the people of the police station of the minister's area. So the police force came from the police station. Again the people of the administration came and began to say to Mr. Boltu, "Sir, you are now a minister. You are a man of our pride. We will always give you protection."
Then the chief officer of the police station said, "Sir, from what number have you been called? Can I see the number?"
Mr Boltu then used his mobile phone to say, "I have been called from this number and told, 'I am the Prime Minister. I have appointed you as the Finance Minister.'"
Upon hearing this, the police officer contacted the mobile operator. The mobile operator said, "No, no call was made to Mr Boltu today from the PM's phone."
Then it was said, "Whose number is this?"
Then the people of the mobile operator said, "This number belongs to the Prime Minister. But the call did not come from the Prime Minister's mobile. It came from another mobile."
Then the matter went to the Ministry of Home Affairs. An investigation by the Interior Ministry revealed that "The prime minister's number has been cloned by a criminal who called Mr. Boltu."
The perpetrator was caught while searching. The perpetrator said, "I did it to fool Mr. Boltu."
The man was then told, "You are a very big criminal. You cloned the Prime Minister's number and deceived Mr. Boltu to appoint him as the Finance Minister. It is a crime to clone people's numbers. And you have committed a bigger crime by cloning the Prime Minister's number. Now your place is in jail." After saying this, the criminal was sent to jail.
And those who came to take advantage of Mr. Boltu, looked at Mr. Boltu with contempt and left.
And the people of the police and administration quickly returned to their workplaces.

"পহেলা এপ্রিল সকাল বেলা মিস্টার বল্টু আচ্ছামতো বোকা হলেন।"
মিস্টার বল্টু একজন সাধারন মানুষ। তবে তিনি নিজের সমাজে বেশ পরিচিত। কেননা তিনি সাধারন মানুষ হলেও নিজের পারিবারিক এবং জ্ঞাতিগোষ্ঠীর দ্বারা সমাজে বেশ মাতব্বরি করেন।
তো পহেলা এপ্রিল সকালবেলা মিস্টার বল্টু একটা ফোন পেলেন। তিনি ফোন রিসিভ করলেন। রিসিভ করার পর অপর প্রান্ত থেকে বলা হল, "আমি দেশের প্রধানমন্ত্রী। আপনি কি মিস্টার বল্টু?"
তখন তো বল্টু সাহেবের অবস্থা অন্যরকম হয়ে গেলো। কেননা প্রধানমন্ত্রী তাকে ফোন করেছেন। তিনি বললেন,"হ্যাঁ, আমি বল্টু।"
তখন প্রধানমন্ত্রীর পরিচয় দেয়া লোকটা বলল,"দেখুন আপনার ব্যাপারে আমরা অনেক খোঁজখবর নিয়েছি। আমাদের গোয়েন্দা বাহিনী কর্তৃক আপনার অনেক খোঁজখবর নেয়ার পর আমরা জানতে পারলাম যে, আপনি একজন অর্থমন্ত্রী হওয়ার যোগ্য। তাই আপনাকে আমি আজ অর্থমন্ত্রীর পদে নিযুক্ত করলাম। আপনি আগামীকাল রাজধানীতে এসে আমার কার্যালয়ে অর্থমন্ত্রীর দায়িত্ব নেবেন।" এই কথা বলার পর অপরপ্রান্ত থেকে ফোন কেটে দেয়া হলো।
এই অবস্থা শোনে মিস্টার বল্টুর অবস্থা দেখে কে? তখন তিনি আশেপাশের মানুষকে বললেন যে,তিনি তো দেশের অর্থমন্ত্রী হয়ে গেছেন। আগামীকালকে তাকে রাজধানীতে যেতে হবে।
এই কথার বলার পর আস্তে আস্তে খবরটা ছড়িয়ে গেল চতুর্দিকে। তিনির সমাজের অনেক লোক এসে তিনিকে জিজ্ঞেস করতে লাগল,"জনাব, আপনি তো মন্ত্রী হয়ে গেলেন। এবার আমাদের দিকে একটু সুদৃষ্টি দেবেন।এখন আমাদেরকে সুযোগ-সুবিধা দেখবেন।" তখন মিস্টার বল্টু অত্যন্ত গর্বের সঙ্গে বললেন,"আপনাদেরকে নিয়ে আমার সুখ-দুঃখ কেটেছে। আপনাদেরকে নিয়ে আমি বেশ ভালোভাবেই চলেছি।"
এই কথা শোনার পর মিস্টার বল্টুর অন্যান্য সহযোগীরা বাহবা দিতে লাগলো। এরপর আস্তে আস্তে দুপুরবেলা খবরটা পৌঁছে গেলো থানাতে।
এই কথা শোনার পর থানার লোকেদের তো মাথা গরম হওয়ার অবস্থা।কেননা তিনিদের এলাকার একজন লোক দেশের অর্থমন্ত্রী হয়ে গেছেন। এটা তো কোন সাধারন ব্যাপার না। এখন তিনিরা হচ্ছেন মন্ত্রীর এলাকার থানার লোক। তাই থানা থেকে পুলিশ বাহিনী এলো। আবার প্রশাসনের লোকেরা এসে মিস্টার বল্টুকে বলা শুরু করলো,"স্যার আপনি তো এখন মন্ত্রী হয়েছেন। আপনি আমাদের গর্বের মানুষ। আপনাকে আমরা সবসময় প্রটেকশন দেব।" তখন থানার প্রধান কর্মকর্তা বললেন,"স্যার কোন নাম্বার থেকে আপনাকে ফোন করা হয়েছে? নাম্বারটা কি একটু দেখতে পারবো?"
তখন মিস্টার বল্টু নিজের মোবাইলটা দিয়ে বললেন,"এই নাম্বার থেকে আমাকে ফোন করে বলা হয়েছে যে, 'আমি প্রধানমন্ত্রী। আপনাকে আমি অর্থমন্ত্রী হিসেবে নিয়োগ করলাম।'"
মিস্টার বল্টুর এই কথা শোনে থানার কর্মকর্তা তখন মোবাইল অপারেটরের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করলেন। মোবাইল অপারেটর থেকে বলা হলো, "না প্রধানমন্ত্রীর ফোন থেকে আজকে মিস্টার বল্টুকে কোন ফোন করা হয় নি।"
তখন বলা হল,"এই নাম্বারটা কার?"
তখন মোবাইল অপারেটরের লোকেরা বললেন,"এই নাম্বারটা তো প্রধানমন্ত্রীর। কিন্তু প্রধানমন্ত্রীর মোবাইল থেকে ফোন আসে নি। এসেছে অন্য মোবাইল থেকে।"
তখন বিষয়টা চলে গেলো স্বরাষ্ট্র মন্ত্রণালয়ে। স্বরাষ্ট্র মন্ত্রণালয় থেকে তদন্ত করে জানা হলো,"প্রধানমন্ত্রীর এই নাম্বারটা একজন দুষ্কৃতিকারী ক্লোন করে মিস্টার বল্টুকে ফোন করেছে।"
এরপর খোঁজতে খোঁজতে দুষ্কৃতিকারীকে ধরা হলো। দুষ্কৃতিকারী বলল,"বল্টু সাহেবকে বোকা বানানোর জন্য আমি এটা করেছি।"
তখন সেই লোকটাকে বলা হলো,"তুই তো অনেক বড় অপরাধী। তুই প্রধানমন্ত্রীর নাম্বার ক্লোন করে মিস্টার বল্টুকে অর্থমন্ত্রীর নিযুক্ত করার প্রতারণা করেছিস। এমনিতেই তো মানুষের নাম্বার ক্লোন করা একটা অপরাধ। আর তুই প্রধানমন্ত্রীর নাম্বার ক্লোন করে আরো বড় অপরাধ করেছিস। এখন তোর স্থান জেলখানাতে হওয়া উচিত।" এই কথা বলে সেই অপরাধীকে জেলখানায় প্রেরণ করা হলো।
আর যারা মিস্টার বল্টুর কাছ থেকে সুবিধা পাওয়ার জন্য এসেছিলো, ওরা বল্টু সাহেবের দিকে অবজ্ঞার দৃষ্টিতে তাকিয়ে চলে গেলো।
আর পুলিশ প্রশাসনের লোকরা তাড়াতাড়ি নিজেদের কর্মস্থলে ফেরত গেলেন।
