The process of cooking ducks started after evening. The ducks were divided into three parts.
After keeping it in hot water for a while, the feathers were removed from the ducks.
In the first part, kebab was made by mixing spices and yogurt and making kebab on charcoal.
In the second part, roasting was started by mixing yogurt and other spices.
And the last part started cooking thickly with a little potato.
And they started making big bread, polao and boiled rice.
At the end of the cooking, Badr Ali asked me, "What will you eat?"
I said, "Bread and kebabs."
Then Badr Ali gave whatever they wanted to eat and said, "We keep it locked outside the house. Inside each house we have our own electricity system, bathroom and air conditioning system. So there will be no problem."
However, because Tikka Khan was sitting quietly in his bed, he was given roast and polao without asking. Food was on one side of the bed and Tikka Khan was sitting on the other side.
I started eating seven loaves of bread, a whole big duck kebab, tomato sauce, salad and a bowl of yogurt.
I just eat a lot. But today I learned about Badr Ali's own philosophy about eating.
While cooking, Badr Ali said, "You know, nephew, after death two things go with people. One is Amal - what he has done in the world. The other is food - what he has eaten in the world. Nothing goes with these two. So eat as much as you can. "
I said, "But if you do good deeds in the world, its virtue is also found after death. Planting trees for public welfare, provision of drinking water, etc."
Badr Ali said, "Also I called it Amal."
I said, "Many Companions and saints ate very little. And you say to eat more. Didn't the matter become conflicting?"
Badr Ali said, "Never. They ate according to their taste, and I ate according to my taste. The Qur'an says,"Eat and drink." It also says," Everything is created for human." , Birds, fruits, etc. have been created for humans. The main work with them is to eat, then other work. Besides, everyone in this base is getting ready to be martyred. So before they becomes a martyr, they will satisfy their heart's desire and eat it." I realized that the size of Badr Ali has become like a small elephant.
I already have a lot of taste and I eat more and more. So I started eating the food with a lot of enthusiasm.
At that time, Badr Ali himself said, "If you are greedy for the Nobel Prize, you do not have peace of mind. Many people think that he will be talked about all over the world, but when the desired talk is not done, then there is no peace of mind even after receiving the Nobel Prize. Especially in the Nobel Prize in peace, the people want to be the Prime Minister or the President of their own country.This is the reason many people suffer from mental turmoil even after receiving the Nobel Peace Prize. On the other hand, after receiving the another Nobel Prize, he spends all his money and suffers from mental turmoil.Therefore, it is not appropriate to be greedy for the Nobel Prize. And if the Nobel Prize gets equally, there is no equal matrimony in all. Many people have received the Nobel Prize in the continent of the Asia. But Robi Thakur has been very much exaggeration and there is no one else like that."
I almost finished eating. Now there is only one bowl of yogurt left. I started eating yogurt now.
Badr Ali further said, "There is no guarantee that you will be successful if you go to the Pir-Fakirs. Again, the activities of any Pir are quite confusing. After doing religious work with the disciples, Pir got the disciples involved in politics. Do they want to get God, or do they want to get the power of the country? They know that very well. But jihad is the surest and purest means of success in this world and in the hereafter.Simply put, a martyr if he dies, Ghazi if he lives."
After eating yogurt, I saw Lalu Khan still eating. But Tikka Khan is sitting on the bed with his eyes closed like before. But the duck roast and polao are also getting cold. This time I walked inside the room for a while and sat on the bed. I said to Lalu Chowdhury, "Why is Tikka Khan sitting like this?"
Lalu Chowdhury said, "I don't know."

সন্ধ্যার পর শুরু হলো হাঁস রান্নার প্রক্রিয়া।তিন ভাগে ভাগ করা হলো হাঁসগুলোকে।এক ভাগ কাবাব,আরেক ভাগ রোস্ট আর শেষ ভাগটা কসানো হবে।
গরম পানিতে কিছুক্ষণ রাখার পর হাঁস থেকে পালক সরানো হলো।প্রথম ভাগে কাবাব মসলা ও দই মিশিয়ে রডে গেঁথে কয়লার উপরে কাবাব বানানো শুরু হলো।
দ্বিতীয় ভাগে দই ও অন্যান্য মসলা মিশিয়ে রোস্ট বানানো শুরু হলো।
আর শেষের ভাগটা অল্প আলু দিয়ে কসানো শুরু হলো।
আর বড় বড় রুটি বানানো ,পোলাও আর সিদ্ধ ভাত রান্না করাও শুরু হলো।
রান্নার শেষে আমাকে বদর আলি জিজ্ঞেস করলো,"তুমি কী খাবে?"
আমি বললাম,"রুটি আর কাবাব।"
এরপর যে যা খাইতে চায়,তাকে সেটা দিয়ে বদর আলি বলল,"আমরা ঘরের বাইরে তালা দিয়ে রাখছি।প্রত্যেক ঘরের ভিতরে আমাদের নিজস্ব বিদ্যুৎ ব্যবস্থা , বাথরুম আর শীতাতপ নিয়ন্ত্রণ ব্যবস্থা আছে।তাই কোন সমস্যা হবেনা।"
তবে টিক্কা খান নিজের বিছানায় চুপ করে বসে থাকার কারণে জিজ্ঞেস না করেই ওর জন্য রোস্ট আর পোলাও দেয়া হলো।বিছানার একপাশে খাবার আর অন্যপাশে টিক্কা খান বসে রইল।
আমি সাতটা রুটি,আস্ত একটা বড় হাঁসের কাবাব ,টমেটো সস, সালাদ ও এক বাটি দই নিয়ে খাওয়া শুরু করলাম।
আমি এমনিতেই অনেক খাই।কিন্তু আজ খাওয়া সম্পর্কে বদর আলির নিজস্ব ফিলোসফি জানতে পারলাম।
রান্নার সময় বদর আলি বলেছিলো,"বুঝলে ভাতিজা, মৃত্যুর পর মানুষের সঙ্গে দুটো জিনিস যায়।একটি হলো আমল - যা সে দুনিয়াতে করেছে।আরেকটি হলো খাদ্য - দুনিয়াতে সে যা খেয়েছে।এই দুটো ছাড়া সঙ্গে কিছুই যায় না। তাই সাধ্যমতো অনেক খাও আর ভালো কাজ করো।"
আমি বলেছিলাম,"কিন্তু দুনিয়াতে ভালো কাজ করলে সেটার পূণ্যও তো মৃত্যুর পর পাওয়া যায়। জনকল্যাণের জন্য বৃক্ষ রোপন,খাবার পানির ব্যবস্থা প্রভৃতি।"
বদর আলি বলল,"এটাকে সহই আমি আমল বলেছি।"
আমি বললাম,"অনেক সাহাবি,ওলি,দরবেশ আর সাধকগণ খুবই কম খেতেন।আর আপনি বলছেন বেশি খাওয়ার জন্য।বিষয়টা কি সাংঘর্ষিক হয়ে গেল না?"
বদর আলি বলেছিলো,"কখনই না।তিনিরা খেয়েছেন তিনিদের রুচি অনুযায়ী,আর আমি খাই আমার রুচি অনুযায়ী।কোরআনেই বলা আছে, "খাও আর পান করো।" আরো বলা আছে,"সব কিছুই মানুষের জন্য সৃষ্টি করা হয়েছে।" অর্থাৎ বিভিন্ন ধরণের প্রাণি, পাখি ,ফল প্রভৃতি সৃষ্টি করা হয়েছে মানুষের জন্য।সেগুলো দিয়ে প্রধান কাজ হচ্ছে খাওয়া,এরপর অন্যান্য কাজ।তাছাড়া এই ঘাঁটির সকলেই শহিদ হতে প্রস্তুত হচ্ছে।তাই শহিদ হওয়ার আগে মনের সাধ মিটিয়ে খেয়ে নেবে।" বুঝলাম বদর আলির সাইজটা খেয়ে খেয়েই ছোটখাটো হাতির মতো হয়েছে।
এমনিতেই আমার রুচি অনেক এবং আমি খাই বেশি বেশি।আর এখন বদর আলির সঙ্গে খাওয়া নিয়ে আলোচনা করে আমার খাওয়ার উৎসাহ আরো বেড়ে গেল। তাই খাবারগুলো অনেক উৎসাহে খাইতে লাগলাম।
ওই সময় বদর আলি নিজে থেকেই বলেছিলো,"নোবেল প্রাইজের জন্য লোভী হলে মনে শান্তি থাকে না।শান্তিতে নোবেল প্রাইজের জন্য লোভী হলে মনের শান্তি আরো কমে।আবার কেউ কেউ নোবেল প্রাইজ পেলেও মনের অশান্তি থেকে মুক্ত হতে পারে না।কেননা, নোবেল প্রাইজ পাওয়ার পর অনেকেই মনে করেন, তিনিকে নিয়ে সারা বিশ্বে মাতামাতি করা হবে। কিন্তু যখন কাঙ্ক্ষিত মাতামাতি করা হয়না, তখন নোবেল প্রাইজ পেয়েও মনের শান্তি থাকেনা।এই কারণেই অনেকেই শান্তিতে নোবেল প্রাইজ পেয়েও মনের অশান্তিতে ভোগেন।বিশেষ করে শান্তিতে নোবেল প্রাইজ পেয়ে যিনিরা নিজের দেশের প্রধানমন্ত্রী অথবা রাষ্ট্রপতি হতে চান।আবার অন্য বিষয়ে নোবেল প্রাইজ পেয়ে সব টাকা যত্রতত্র খরচ করে মনের অশান্তিতে ভোগেন।তাই নোবেল প্রাইজের লোভ করা অনুচিত।আর নোবেল প্রাইজ পেলেই সকলকে নিয়ে সমান মাতামাতি হয়না।এশিয়া মহাদেশে অনেকেই নোবেল প্রাইজ পেয়েছেন।কিন্তু রবি ঠাকুরকে নিয়ে অনেক মাতামাতি হয়েছে এবং হচ্ছে।তেমন মাতামাতি অন্য কেউকে নিয়ে হয়নি।"
আমার খাওয়া প্রায় শেষ।এখন শুধু এক বাটি দই বাকি।আমি এখন দই খাওয়া শুরু করলাম।
বদর আলি আরো বলেছিলো,"পির - ফকিরদের কাছে গেলেই যে সফল হবে ,এমন কোন নিশ্চয়তা নাই।আবার কোন পিরের কর্মকাণ্ড যথেষ্ট বিভ্রান্তকর।শিষ্যদেরকে দিয়ে ধর্মীয় কাজ করিয়ে শেষে পির সাহেব রাজনীতিতে শিষ্যদেরকে লেলিয়ে দেন। ওরা কি আল্লাহকে পেতে চায়, না কি দেশের ক্ষমতা পেতে চায়? সেটা ওরাই ভালো জানে।কিন্তু জিহাদ হলো দুনিয়া ও পরকালের সাফল্যের সবচেয়ে নিশ্চিত ও বিশুদ্ধ মাধ্যম। সহজ কথায় ,মরলে শহিদ, বাঁচলে গাজি।"
দই খাওয়া শেষ করে দেখলাম লালু খান এখনো খাচ্ছে। কিন্তু টিক্কা খান সেই আগের মতোই বিছানায় চোখ বন্ধ করে বসে আছে।অথচ পাশে হাঁসের রোস্ট আর পোলাও ঠান্ডা হচ্ছে।আমি এবার ঘরের ভিতর কিছুক্ষণ পায়চারি করে খাটে বসলাম।লালু চৌধুরীকে বললাম,"টিক্কা খান এভাবে বসে আছে কেন?"
লালু চৌধুরী বলল,"জানিনা।"
- আপনি তো টিক্কা খানের সঙ্গে চলেন।আপনার তো জানার কথা।
- ওর সঙ্গে আমার কিছুদিন আগে পরিচয়।সে এভাবে বসে থেকে কী করে, না করে,সেটা আমি জানবো কী করে?
